If you would like a tour or more information about Apostles Community Preschool, please fill out the application at the link below. You will be asked to make an account through Brightwheel. Any information you provide will only be used for communication with ACP.

Child Health Assessment
All new students must submit a Child Health Assessment at the start of their first year. You can find a blank copy linked below. We also accept the form provided by your doctor’s office when asked for a “preschool physical form.”

Currently enrolled students and their siblings, as well as church members, receive the first choice of classes.
Admission to our program shall be made without regard to race, ethnicity, sex, or religion of any student.
